CPS enforces strict quality control on all of our products and as such all CPS products come with a comprehensive warranty. Should you have any questions or in the unlikely event experience technical issues with your equipment please contact our service centre and we will do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.

Should you be located in Hong Kong you can contact our headquarters found on our contact page. If you purchased a CPS walkie through one of our distribution partners please get in touch with them for prompt service. If you have any problems with your local distributor please let us know and we will see what can be done.
CPS Telecom Limited ("the Company") Warranty
The warranty period for CPS product excluding accessories is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The customer must complete and return the warranty card to the Company within 10 days from the day of purchase.
Please present warranty card and the original invoice together with the product when requiring warranty service.
In case warranty service or maintenance service is needed, the defective product is required to be delivered to and collected from the Company's designated service center.
The warranty will be void and null if :
- The serial number has been altered, effaced and/or removed;
- The product has been modified, altered and/or repaired by persons other than technician(s) of the Company.
- The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, antenna, battery, charger and damage due to misuse, negligence, accident, abuse or acts of God.
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use of the product(s).
